Bright Publisher stores only the data required to support journal discovery, author registration, manuscript submission, contact management, and editorial administration. Uploaded files and contact records should be protected by server-level access control in production.

Before public deployment, configure HTTPS, secure backups, file access restrictions, and database permission hardening.
